Cruzkowa Bosyeltnov is a ringleader in a mass kidnapping and organ harvesting scheme run by the Northern Territories Mafia, also known as "Blindfold Ivan." She is of Russian descent and is an ex-spy for Russian Foreign Intelligence.
Cruzkowa was an operative with Russian Foreign Intelligence based out of Southeast Asia. She was involved with covert special-ops missions during the 20th century. It is suggested that she is "pushing 80," which would make her year of birth sometime in the 1950's. She is however, a full cyborg and maintains a youthful appearance despite her true age.
