Atsuko Tanaka (田中 敦子, Tanaka Atsuko), born on November 14, 1962 in Maebashi, Gunma is a seiyū (voice actor) who works for Mausu Promotion. Her deep and sultry voice is often used to portray villainesses and mature female characters. Atsuko Tanaka in the movies and the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex series. In the English dubbing of the original film, she is voiced by Mimi Woods. In both the sequel and in the Stand Alone Complex TV series, she is voiced by Mary Elizabeth McGlynn.
